Unit Overall Proficiency Award
The National Police Cadet Corps Unit Overall Proficiency Award ( UOPA ) is conferred annually by NPCC. It is awarded by assessing the overall performance of NPCC school units in an academic year. All NPCC secondary school units will participate in the assessment process

Station Inspectors
Station Inspectors
Station Inspector (NPCC) is the highest attainable rank for an NPCC cadet. Only a selected few cadets will be able to reach this rank. Cadets are nominated by their officers if they are found to display exemplary qualities such as professionalism, leadership, respect and integrity.
